RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

DesignStein LLC has a 14 day return policy. If you return the heater within 14 days, of delivery, we will refund the purchase price, less any shipping charges paid by us and a 10% restocking fee. The heater must be in new condition. Unfortunately we have been forced to implement this short return policy to curtail customers buying the heater and using it when a cold front moves in, then returning it. Please contact our office at 325-450-2202 to receive a return authorization number before mailing. Custom heaters or heaters with customized thermostat settings will not be accepted for return under any condition.
